As I mentioned on the front page, I don't really know that much about this band.
However the All Music Guide has an entry
about This Picture. That entry seems to indicate that the band is from England.
So thanks to all different sources that I have been getting over the internet!
I have more information about the former drummer, Duncan Forrester.

Apparently Duncan Forrester is still at it playing drums with a band called
Bell Jar.
Someone had written me an email earlier this year in April 2003 saying
that Robert Forrester works as a tree surgeon now, but I don't have anything
to back up this statement.
