Technical support department of The Carroll School. Duties range from replacing projector bulbs, to maintaining user laptops. Rolling out Mac OS X, by cloning systems, writing short "how-to's", and providing application level support to the users. Improved the performance of the wireless network, and kept the Mac and NT servers running.

Responsibilities included requirements gathering, defining technical and functional specifications, designing system architecture, and managing a team of developers to implement custom solutions. Worked with teams comprised of consultants, client employees, and contractors. Worked with client team members ranging from developers to business users, including CEO's and CIO's. Clients included a financial management company, an Internet start up, a biotechnology company, and a communications infrastructure provider. Utilized IBM Websphere 3.5, JSP, JAVA and EJBs.

Developed an automatic report generation system in JAVA used to monitor the performance of the factory. The system obtained data from an Oracle 8.0 database using JDBC and SQL. The generated charts were then viewed from the Web. Explored using Intelligent Agents for predicting factory performance.
